For the aviation sector to function seamlessly it needs to be supported by a system of airports, their infrastructure and trained manpower i.e. ground staff services.This is one of the most important areas in the aviation sector.

Ground Staff Services consists mainly of two parts:
• Passenger handling on the city side of the airport
• Aircraft and ramp handling on the airside of the airport

The training covers:
• Communication & Soft Skills
• Airport Services
• Cargo
• Dangerous Goods
• Passenger Handling
• Load and Trim
• Co-operation with Authorities at the Airport
• Airline Security
• How to reduce Baggage Irregularities
• Equipment for a Specific Task
• Fares & Ticketing

Duration:
6 months - 5 days a week, 2 hours a day

Eligibility Criteria
HSC, SSC & 10th Grade Certificate
A minimum level of English fluency
