The course combines training across two roles/ functions - cabin crew & ground staff - and prepares the candidate to play key roles in the airline sector. Cabin crew are responsible for the comfort and safety of passengers, as well as for providing quality customer service. Ground staff ensure seamless operations across airports through the use of infrastructure and efficient manpower.

The one-year program covers:
Semester I

• Communication, Grooming & Etiquette
• Customer Service for Global Clientele
• Airline & Airport Management

Semester II:
• Airline & Airport Environment
• Information Technology in the Airline Industry
• Cargo & Transportation
• Airline & Travel Management
• Load Planning & DGR
• Security & Legislation
• Ancillary Services


Duration:
12 months - 5 days a week, 4 hours a day

Eligibility Criteria
HSC, SSC & 10th Grade Certificate
A minimum level of English fluency
